Perfect Pumpkin Pie Energy Ball [RECIPE]
Want sustainable energy you can take with you wherever you go? You want this no-bake pumpkin pie energy ball. They come together quickly, travel well, and taste amazing. They feature oats, full of soluble and insoluble fiber; nut butter for protein; chia seeds for omega-3 fatty acids; and our Perfect Press® Styrian Pumpkin Oil for antioxidants, vitamin K, and kidney health. 1 ½ cups uncooked rolled oats
½ cup nut butter
½ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
½ tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice mix
Optional toppings: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, ground cashews
How to make:
Grind 1 cup of the oats in a food processor until they are a fine powder (leave the rest as they are)
In a medium bowl, combine the nut butter, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, maple syrup, and Perfect Press® Styrian Pumpkin Oil. Stir until well mixed.
Add the ground oats, rolled oats, ground flax seeds, and spices. Mix until combined.
Roll into ¾” balls. Roll in toppings of choice, if desired.
Store in the fridge for up to one week, or longer in the freezer.
