For All Returns:
Activation Products strives to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
If you would like a refund on your first 1 or 2 bottles of any one product you do not need to return the bottles.
For subsequent orders or refunds on 3 or more bottles, we do ask that the bottles be sent back.
All refunds on bottles from the same order must be processed together. Only one Return Authorization number will be assigned to any individual order.
You may return items sold by Activation Products Inc. within 60 days of the date of delivery for a refund of the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any package returned as refused will be refunded the cost of the product minus any return shipping fee, if applicable. Additionally, packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Activation Products Inc., at their discretion, reserves the right to waive any of these fees on a case-by-case basis. Activation Products Inc. will pay the cost of return shipping, plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return results from our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Auto Delivery Policy:
Auto Delivery orders come with a minimum 60-day term. After the first 60 days, we require 10 business days’ advance notice to cancel Auto Delivery subscriptions. This gives our warehouse time to prevent your next order from shipping out. After the first 60 days, if you want to pause your subscription, Auto Delivery orders may be put on hold for a maximum of 60 days. Your adherence to this policy is the best way for Activation Products to offer discounts for Auto Delivery. Some conditions may apply. Placing an Auto Delivery order with Activation Products indicates a legally-binding acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy. If you have a concern, please speak with a member of our customer loyalty team.
Receiving a Refund:
After we receive and process your return we will refund your product or products. Please allow:
- 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 12 to 14 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below)
We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

International Refund Policy
International Refund Policy Restrictions
If your order is returned to us as banned/restricted products, due to an incorrect address or because no one was available to accept delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: the amount of your order minus initial shipping charges, as well as other charges we may incur due to the refusal, including but not limited to warehousing fees, quarantine fees and returned shipping fees. If a reship is requested, the customer is responsible for the original cost of the shipment, including shipping charges.
Declaration of value and contents:
Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents. Also, we label the contents as “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use”.
US mail (USPS) will require any import fees before releasing the package. You may also have to pay import taxes, customs duty or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, which will be billed to you directly by your local customs office. Please refer to your local customs office for more details on import taxes, etc.
Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible for making sure that buying nutritional supplements from the United States is allowed. If the customs office in your country does not deliver your shipment or returns your order to us — either because you did not have permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned — we will refund your credit card as follows: We will take the total amount of your order and subtract your shipping charge and any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees, if applicable. For more information, please check your local customs office.
Your shipping address and phone number:
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by USPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, an incorrect address or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund the total amount of your order minus the shipping charge. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
Delivery Times/Shipping Cutoffs:
When you place an order on a weekday before 8 a.m. Central Time, your order will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders made on a Saturday or a Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the next business day.
For Canadian orders, the standard delivery time is 7 business days.
For orders within the Continental United States, the standard delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days.
For all international orders, expect delivery between 7 and 10 business days.
